Customer Service Lead

Job Title

Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient professional manner

Identify and resolve customer questions, concerns, and overall needs

Assist asst. manager with scheduling needs

Cash Handling

Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer inquiries

Address customer complaints in a compassionate and patient manner

Redirect customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed

Help sales team generate leads, identify potential leads and forward to sales reps

Check voicemail inboxes and return calls in a timely manner

Develop professional relationships with ongoing customers through excellent customer service

Follow-up with callers on complaint and/or question resolution status

Collaborate with immediate team, other customer service teams, sales team, and other company departments to ensure overall customer and product satisfaction

Meet or exceed call quotas and sales assist quotas, both personally and as a team unit

Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times

Perform each duty above with our customers' satisfaction as the number one priority

Assist team members with any inquiries

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
• Must be able to work alone in the store for long periods of time (or full shifts as needed).
• Meet legal and company policy age requirements to perform job functions. 18+
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
• High standard of integrity and reliability.

Required Skills / Abilities:

Displays strong creative background, able to suggest alternatives, and be open to suggestion.

Must display strong leadership skills.

Able to verbally give clear instructions in a respectful, professional manner.

Create a motivational environment.

Able to open, close, work mid shift on rotation. Holidays

Excellent attention to details.

Demonstrate ability to work independently, be an organized, creative self-starter and efficient in a constantly evolving environment.

Ability to manage team efficiently; setting up the team for success.

Ability to manage and successfully manage and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:

Able to physically lift 50 pounds or more.

Must be able to push and pull equipment of various sizes and weights.

Able to stand and exert well-paced mobility as well as bend, reach, twist and squat.

Ability to work the necessary shifts in hot, noisy, and close conditions.

Able to work with various fresh products, without negative allergic consequences.
