The posted compensation range of $19.96 - $28.19 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

• As a Pharmacy Technician, you will help pharmacists provide essential support in dispensing medications, assisting patients, and ensuring smooth daily operations so they can uphold medication safety, patient satisfaction, and efficient workflow.
• Every day, you will expertly process prescriptions, meticulously enter patient information, and manage inventory. You will be expected to accurately count, pour, and label medications, manage prescriber communication, assist patients, answer questions within your scope, perform all duties related to the preparation and distribution of medication, restock medication dispensing cabinets, and process medications at patient discharge and transfer.
• To be successful in this role, you will combine a strong understanding of pharmaceutical terminology, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication and customer service skills, demonstrating a proactive approach and a commitment to accuracy while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
