Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Help customers find the right vehicle
• Work incoming leads and showroom traffic
• Follow up by phone, text, email, and in person
• Deliver a great customer experience
• Learn a proven sales process with hands-on training

Ideal Sales Representative Candidates:

• Prior Sales Experience in ANY Industry is Required! (If you do not have any Auto Sales experience, we will TEACH YOU !)
• Automotive Sales Experience is a PLUS, but not required!
• Must be at least 21 Years of Age
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written
• An outgoing, friendly personality
• Good People Skills, able to build Rapport with customers
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Good Computer Skills
• Good Presentation Skills
• Punctual, Reliable, & Motivated
• Social Media skills are a PLUS
