Humana's Primary Care Organization is one of the largest and fastest-growing senior-focused, value-based care providers in the country. With more than 400 centers across 15 states operating under the CenterWell and Conviva brands, we're transforming healthcare by placing seniors at the center of everything we do.
We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time at CenterWell Primary Care. This role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who excels in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric populations.

- You will work onsite at our clinic in Bossier City
- You will report to the Associate Medical Director
Main Responsibilities
- You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
- You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
- You will coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
- You will participate in clinical quality improvement projects.
- You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- You will contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery.
Use your skills to make an impact
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- If selected for this role, we will require screening for TB.
- 2 or more years of experience

Scheduled Weekly Hours
40Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $255,000 - $298,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.Description of Benefits
