Technical Lead

Role Description

The Technical Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and leading intelligent automation solutions using UiPath's RPA and AI ecosystem. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery of AI-enhanced automation projects.

• Works closely with clients, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements.
• Aligns solutions with business and IT strategies, complying with architectural standards.
• Involved in the full systems life cycle: designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting application software.
• Participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, product evaluation, and buy vs. build recommendations.
• Provides input to project plans related to the Application Development initiative.
• Possesses strong knowledge of programming languages and systems design.
• Has a solid understanding of development, database development, testing, and integration methodologies.
• Works on major projects as a project team member, sometimes as a project lead.
• Supports multiple applications and possesses expertise in multiple technical environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 7 years of application programming and analysis experience required.
• Broad understanding of information systems and application architecture standards.
• Experience in leading projects required.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex problems or processes.
• Experience designing, developing, and testing applications using proven or emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong expertise with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, Document Understanding, and Action Center.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Experience with OCR technologies (Document Understanding, ABBYY, Google Vision, Azure Form Recognizer).
• Knowledge of API integration, REST/SOAP services, SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps for automation.
