Oakwood Remodeling Group is seeking motivated Call Center Representatives to join our growing team in Rocklin, CA.

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in improving their homes. You'll engage with prospective customers, identify their needs, and schedule appointments for our design consultants. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Contact homeowners regarding our bathroom remodeling services
• Schedule free in-home consultations
• Follow proven scripts and appointment-setting processes
• Answer questions from prospective customers
• Confirm, update, and maintain scheduled appointments
• Enter customer information into our system
• Follow up with leads who have expressed interest
• Help keep our sales team booked with qualified appointments

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and energetic personality
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners throughout the day
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to overcome objections and stay motivated
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Previous call center, customer service, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales experience is a plus
