Manager, Warehouse

White Cap is hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations in a high‑volume distribution center. The role requires leadership, strong safety focus, and excellent organization. Key Responsibilities Establish standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, and shipping products and materials. Plan, develop, and implement warehouse safety and security programs and activities. Review work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and issue work assignments. Lead a team of warehouse personnel engaged in receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials. Schedule pickup, delivery, or distribution of products or materials. Prepare or direct the preparation of reports and operations maintenance and safety manuals. Possess physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Operate a company or personal vehicle for the majority of the work week; require an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. Perform other duties as assigned.
