Location: 50 Wolf Road, Albany, NY, 12232

Duration: 12 months contract w/ possibility of extension

Notes:

• Hybrid role, candidate is required to work onsite 50% of the time.
• Require a copy of Acquia Certification attached with resume submission.
• Work Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Description:

• A programmer who specializes in, or is specifically engaged in, the development of World Wide Web applications, or applications that are run over from a web server to a web browser.
• The candidate will ensure that all Drupal websites that are developed and delivered are usable, functionally accessible, responsive designed, and compliant with NYS standards and best practices.
• The candidate will utilize an Enterprise Platform solution (Drupal) to accomplish its mission, leveraging current technologies and industry best practices as applicable to improve its service delivery.
• Senior Web Developer will develop Drupal theming, custom functionality, module development, Frontend, and/or backend development.
• Utilize PHP, JavaScript/jQuery, and HTML/CSS/Twig templating.
• The candidate will develop headless and standard implementations and coding.

Qualifications:

• 64 months of experience in custom Drupal module development including modules, features and themes.
• 48 Months of experience in using Drupal environments using GIT, Drupal VM, Acquia, BLT, SOLR, and DRUSH.
• 48 months of experience in using standard Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, and Panels, extending them through code.
• 64 months proficiency PHP, HTML/5, CSS/3, SASS and JavaScript/jQuery, Web graphical, browser, and cross- platform compatibility issues and creating sites with responsive design.
• Acquia certified Developer – Back-end, Front end or Developer certification.
