We are seeking a meticulous Logistics Clerk to join our high-volume distribution network in Groveport, OH. In this essential role, you will be the final line of accuracy for our outbound supply chain, ensuring every shipment is documented to perfection and ready for seamless delivery.

Your Impact and Opportunities

• Optimize Outbound Delivery: Utilize modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to audit parts, prepare manifests, and accurately dispatch outbound loads to keep our routes running smoothly.

• Investigate and Solve Discrepancies: Take ownership of identifying and correcting routing discrepancies, turning potential delays into successful delivery solutions.

• Coordinate Driver Operations: Serve as the central communication point for incoming and outgoing drivers, working closely with the dock team to ensure swift, safe, and efficient receiving.

• Maintain System Integrity: Build and manage an organized, easily accessible electronic and paper filing system that guarantees compliance and documentation completeness.

What You Bring to the Team

• Proven Clerical Experience: 2 years of general office experience along with at least 1 year of customer service excellence.

• Tech-Savvy Skillset: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); prior experience with AS400 platforms is highly desired.

• Reliable Dedication: A high school diploma or equivalent, paired with a commitment to consistent, predictable, full attendance to support your teammates daily.
