Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2232 $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS Opportunity: RN - ER Job Details: 13-week contract with ASAP start date 12-hour variable day, PM, and night shifts PM shifts start at 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM Guaranteed 36 hours per week Every other weekend and every other holiday required On‑call requirement of 12 hours per 6‑week period with a 30‑minute response time Call back minimum is 2 hours May be required to float to other locations: Merrill, Antigo, Medford, and Stanley Work in a Trauma Level II, 18‑bed emergency department unit Stroke certified unit serving cardiac, neuro, pediatrics, geriatrics, and respiratory patients Fast‑paced environment with a 3‑4 patient ratio per nurse Responsibilities include drawing labs, performing nebulizer treatments, and charting in Epic Pyxis medication dispenser utilized on unit X‑ray staff and respiratory therapy available on site Minimum 5 years of experience required with at least 1 year of travel experience Trauma Level II experience required Epic charting experience required Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS (ARC or AHA) Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Any color scrubs permitted Facility: This facility is a Trauma Level II hospital featuring an 18‑bed emergency department that is stroke certified and equipped to handle a wide range of medical specialties including cardiac, neurology, pediatrics, geriatrics, and respiratory care. The emergency department operates as a fast‑paced environment supported by in‑house laboratory services, on‑site X‑ray staff, and respiratory therapy. The facility utilizes Epic electronic charting and Pyxis medication dispensing systems to support its clinical team.
