Marketing Events Coordinator

The Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows and customer-focused engagements. This role involves end-to-end coordination of event logistics, vendor management, and on-site support to ensure successful event delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing events such as trade shows and customer events
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration, attendee tracking, and reporting
• Manage event materials, presentations, and pre/post-event evaluations
• Procure and coordinate vendor services for events
• Organize facility setup, exhibits, equipment, and catering requirements
• Provide on-site event support to ensure smooth execution
• Research and evaluate potential event locations and venues
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Build strong working relationships with peers, customers, and vendors
• Present project updates and event-related information when required

Work Environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination or marketing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Experience coordinating logistics and vendor management
