Corporate Access Coordinator

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales, Analysts, Corporate Access counterparts and corporates in coordinating analyst and corporate roadshows, expert meetings, access days, forums and other corporate access events.
• Liaise with Corporates, Sales, and Investors on bespoke requests, i.e. trips, one to one calls / meetings, expert meetings etc.
• Plan with Sales and Research for group tour and access days pipeline
• Specific responsibility for the overall management of Corporate Access events including:
• booking travel, accommodations and ground transportation
• ensuring that necessary materials / equipment is available
• arranging event diaries in liaison with Analysts, Corporates and Investors
• entering details into relevant management information systems
• managing event activities
• shepherding Corporates or Analysts
• validating invoices
• Manage the corporate invitation to our flagship conferences, especially Investor Forum in Q3 each year
• Handle analyst invitations to calls/marketing roadshows
• Develop relationships with companies for corporate pitching, working closely with Research where required
• Develop relationships with Sales, Analysts and Corporate Access teams across regions
• Production and participation of regular management reporting and meetings
• Assisting with travel expense submissions for sales and sales trading teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of related experience with buy/sell side, investor relations in a listed company
• Relevant experience working with corporate management and IR
• Strong IT skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mandarin Chinese or Japanese language fluency will be considered a plus

Rate: $20-33 per hour
