As a Transportation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have access to day programs, appointments, and community events. You’ll be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and friendly transportation services while fostering a supportive environment for our clients.

• Safely operate company passenger vans or transport vehicles on local routes.
• Perform daily pre-trip safety inspections and ensure vehicles are in excellent working condition.
• Log mileage accurately and maintain records as required.
• Assist clients with mobility devices and ensure their safe entry and exit from the vehicle.
• Provide courteous and professional service to clients during transport.

• Valid NC Driver’s License with a clean driving record (minimum of 3 years).
• CPR/First Aid certification (required).
• Previous experience in passenger transport is preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility needs in a respectful and supportive manner.

This role involves transportation services across multiple locations, including: Charlotte, Concord, Salisbury, Kannapolis, Greensboro, Asheville, Rutherfordton, Hickory, Forest City, Gastonia, Shelby, Kings Mountain, Monroe, and High Point.

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.
