Water Transfer SupervisorThe Water Transfer Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily water transfer operations in support of frac and drilling activities. This role ensures the safe, efficient movement of water from frac sites to drilling rigs while supervising field crews and maintaining equipment integrity.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate water transfer operations from frac sites to rigsLead and direct water transfer crews in the fieldOversee installation and operation of lay flat hose, pumps, and related equipmentMonitor water flow, pressure, and system performance to ensure continuous operationsIdentify and troubleshoot leaks, pressure issues, and equipment failuresCoordinate with frac, drilling, and operations teams to meet job requirementsEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policiesConduct daily safety meetings and enforce safe work practicesComplete required reports and communicate job status to managementQualifications3+ years of oil and gas experience, with strong water transfer backgroundPrior experience leading or supervising field crews preferredHands-on experience with lay flat hose, pumps, and water transfer systemsStrong troubleshooting skills in field environmentsAbility to work outdoors in varying conditionsStrong communication and leadership skillsValid driver's licenseHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
