Internal Audit/Business Controls - Pharma/Med Tech - ManagerThe Opportunity As an Internal Audit/Business Controls - Pharma/Med Tech - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive internal audit services to clients across the Pharma/Med Tech industries. You will be instrumental in setting up and transforming internal audit functions, co-sourcing, outsourcing, and managing services, utilizing AI and risk technology to address a wide spectrum of risks. Within our Risk & Regulatory practice, you will help organizations protect value and navigate disruption, empowering them to confidently take risks that drive growth. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
