What You’ll Do Perform audits, reviews, and compilations in accordance with accounting standards Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation Assist in identifying and communicating audit findings and recommendations Apply firm methodologies and accounting best practices Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Participate in firm initiatives, training, and professional development Occasionally travel for client engagements and meetings What We’re Looking For High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to utilize modern tools and technology to enhance productivity Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA eligibility or progress toward certification preferred Additional Details Full-time position Approximate annual workload: 2,200 hours Occasional overnight travel may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr Strohm Ballweg, LLP
