Urban Designer

Urban Designer (1-5 years) $65,000-$85,000 Tryba Architects is a Denver-based multidisciplinary design firm with a national reputation for excellence in the integration of planning, architecture, preservation, interior design, branding and environmental graphics. Core Responsibilities Strong design sense and technical proficiency. Previous experience working on urban development projects, including advancing design and collateral for project visioning; site planning and programming; urban design guidelines; interface with city agencies and general understanding of planning/entitlement processes. Excellent communication skills – collaborating directly with principles of the firm during all phases of design and drawing production. Motivated to develop personal and professional relationships with the firm’s principals and staff allowing for open interaction, honest dialogue, and productive feedback. Qualifications Graduate or professional degree from an accredited school of Architecture or Urban Design. Ability to work independently as well as on a team. Multi-tasking/time management skills: the ability to work on several projects at the same time in a production role. Strong design, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
