Job Summary Enter and process orders for multi‑family jobs and manage accounts to ensure property management installation schedules are met. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer service calls. Enter newly requested orders. Ensure billing is correct. Process change orders. Perform other duties as assigned. Scheduling of installs. Enter service work orders. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Flooring experience and experience with RFMS preferred but not required.
