Compensation: Hourly wage guaranteed to equal or exceed the required minimum wage in location. $16–$29 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
