Pay: $1928 - $2322 | Shift: Nights, Thursday to Saturday (1900-0730)

Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated RN to join their ER team, providing exceptional patient care with initiative, flexibility, and responsibility.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for:

• Providing patient care in an emergency setting with minimal supervision
• Safely, rapidly, and accurately triaging patients
• Communicating effectively with physicians regarding patient status
• Cross-training in other nursing departments as needed
• Floating to Med Surg if required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Current California RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• 2+ years of recent ER experience preferred
• Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (T-System and CPSI)
• Ability to pass a nursing medication test
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with patients, staff, and the public
• Basic computer skills
• Need 2 years experience in setting
