TransAm Schwan's Kansas Dedicated Truck Drivers Enjoy:
- Starting pay rate from $0.60/mile to $0.65/mile, loaded and empty*
- We reward safety early and often—starting with a raise after your first 30 days if you stay accident-free and maintain a high safety score. From there, pay increases are reviewed bi-annually, giving you the opportunity to grow your earnings through safe, consistent driving.**
- Weekly guarantee for working full schedule***

- Out for 8 days followed by 48 hours of home time.

TransAm Schwan's Kansas Dedicated Truck Driver Job Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A
- Must have at-least 3 months of verified tractor-trailer driving experience
- Minimum 21-years-old

***May be eligible for a guaranteed gross weekly pay amount for working a full schedule, not being responsible for any service failures, and no preventable accidents. Continued employment through the date of payment is a material condition of eligibility and a condition precedent to earning the incentive.
