About the role

Picture your day: you roll out between 4:15am and 9:00am, pre‑trip your box truck (under 26,001 lbs), scan your manifest on a handheld, and head out to 10–20 customer stops. From independent tire dealers to repair shops and dealerships, you’re the dependable face of U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc. with more than a century of leadership in distributing tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. You return between 3:00pm and 6:00pm (or when the last delivery is made), wrap up your logs, then post‑trip the vehicle. That’s a good day’s work—safe, accurate, and on time.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday; start between 4:15am–9:00am; finish between 3:00pm–6:00pm or when all deliveries are complete
• Schedules may change with business needs; overtime and/or rotating Saturdays may be required
• Expect approximately 8–12 hours per day

What you’ll do

• Operate a non‑CDL box truck on established routes, making safe, punctual deliveries in all weather
• Complete and maintain accurate driver and fuel logs, and other records required by policy and law
• Perform thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Load/unload product; use forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers when needed
• Use a company‑provided handheld to confirm and complete deliveries
• Provide clear, courteous communication with customers, dispatch, and teammates
• Collect payments upon delivery as required
• Follow supervisor instructions and take on additional job‑related tasks as needed (with reasonable accommodation)

Physical demands, PPE, and environment

• Routinely lift up to about 50 lbs; occasionally lift up to 80 lbs
• When handling commercial, industrial, or agricultural tires, exert up to 40 lbs of push force; use team lifts or mechanical aids
• Must be visually, audibly, physically, and mentally able to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation
• Required protective gear: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL (self‑retracting lifeline). U.S. AutoForce supplies all PPE except steel/composite toe boots. Team members must follow all safety and manufacturer guidelines for proper use
• Work both indoors and outdoors with weather exposure; typical noise is moderate; expect fumes associated with tires and occasional car parts/lubricants

What you bring

• Age 21+ (company policy)
• 1+ year professional experience driving a box truck or larger, plus successful completion of a company road test by a qualified assessor
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company policy
• Eligible to be trained and safely operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) and high‑reach lifts
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and occasionally 80 lbs; push up to 40 lbs with barrels/industrial or agricultural tires
• Strong customer service focus; clear communication; ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Valid DOT Medical Card per DOT/FMCSA guidelines
• Pre‑employment drug screening required
