Forklift Operator

Do you have previous experience operating Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks, or any other Powered Industrial Truck equipment?  If so, we want to speak with you! We are seeking material handlers to work in the production facility of a prestigious financial services company located in Brentwood. Multiple Shifts Available: 11:00 am - 7:30 pm 6:00 am -  2:30 pm  (5:00 am - 5:00 pm when busy) 

salary: $18.5 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment, including electric ride-on pallet jacks, forklifts, reach trucks, or other PIT equipment

• Move materials efficiently throughout a temperature-controlled warehouse

• Scan pallets and perform palletizing tasks

• Maintain productivity while following all safety guidelines

• Work at a steady and efficient pace to ensure timely material movement

• Must be available for weekends and overtime during high volume periods

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends

Skills

• Electric Pallet Jack (6 months of experience is preferred)
• Forklift (6 months of experience is preferred)
• Pallet Jack Operation
• Basic Computer Skills
• Reach Truck Operation
• Order Picking
• Material Handling
