Your experience matters. About the Front Desk Attendant Role Haywood Regional Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a diversified healthcare delivery network with facilities coast to coast. The Front Desk Attendant joins our team to provide a welcoming, organized, and efficient front‑line experience for visitors, members, and callers. Responsibilities Greets visitors and welcomes them to the facility. Enrolls new members, receives payments, makes reservations, distributes towels and locker keys. Places, answers, and directs phone calls and distributes messages. Gives facility tours and answers questions about exercise equipment and the facility. Knowledge or experience in the health and fitness industry preferred. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. CPR and First Aid certifications preferred. About Haywood Regional Medical Center Haywood Regional Medical Center (HRMC) is a 154‑bed acute hospital and includes 11 multi‑specialty clinics serving the Haywood County community for over 97 years. The campus is located in Clyde and includes the 54,000‑square‑foot Haywood Regional Health & Fitness Center and the 44,000‑square‑foot Outpatient Care Center.
