While the company generally does not expect the flexible full‑time program to exceed a total of 90 days, the duration of each temporary layoff will depend on business volume and operational needs. During a temporary layoff, the company will continue your elected benefits (medical, dental, and vision) at the active employer rate and you will remain responsible for paying your portion of the benefits premiums. Upon return from the temporary layoff, you will receive a one‑time grossed up bonus of $250/week for each week you were on the temporary layoff. Employees are expected to remain fully prepared to return to work at any time during the temporary layoff, and you will remain a full‑time employee of Primo Brands during this period. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Safely operate a company vehicle (CDL or non‑CDL) following DOT and company safety standards Deliver products to residential, commercial, and retail customers using a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) Load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships Sell and upsell products and services to grow route revenue Process payments, maintain account information, and complete delivery documentation Perform basic equipment maintenance and water dispenser cleaning Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Strong customer service and communication skills Self‑motivated and able to work independently Organized and dependable Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly throughout the day Physically capable of loading/unloading products and frequently entering/exiting a delivery vehicle Driver Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Must be 21 years or older (DOT requirement) Eligible to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card No major driving violations within the past 3 years No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years Primo Brands’ established portfolio includes billion‑dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®, premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regional leaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, and Zephyrhills®, purified brands, PrimoBrands® and Sparkletts®, and flavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and AC+ION®.
