Commercial Carpenter We have an immediate full‑time opening for an experienced commercial carpenter (5 years minimum experience). Skills required include knowledge of steel stud, wood stud, drywall (hanging and finishing), insulation, acoustical ceiling systems and some finish carpentry. Pay is commensurate with experience. Must have a current driver’s license, reliable daily transportation, and be able to pass drug screening. Email resume. Drywall Finisher We have an immediate full‑time opening for experienced drywall finishers (3 years minimum experience). Skills required include knowledge of steel stud, wood stud, drywall (hanging and finishing), and insulation. Pay is commensurate with experience. Must have a current driver’s license, reliable daily transportation. Email resume. Laborer We have an immediate full‑time opening for an exceptional carpenter’s laborer. Skills required include basic knowledge of construction methods, ability to use both hand and power tools, and experience in demolition, hauling debris, and assisting carpenters with daily construction duties. Pay is commensurate with experience. Must have a current driver’s license, reliable daily transportation, and be able to pass random drug screening. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating, project‑managing, overseeing other PMs/Foremen and sales. Essential Duties: Develop and maintain unitized takeoffs for assigned categories. Perform estimates according to company standards. Work independently with excellent time‑management skills. Review estimate change requests with construction drawings and update as necessary. Requirements: Comprehensive knowledge of standard commercial building practices, including components and product installation methods. Previous estimating experience. Proficiency in reading and understanding construction plans and specifications. Ability to perform unitized, detailed takeoffs for all activities required in commercial construction. Organized, self‑starter. Personable and enthusiastic. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong computer knowledge (Mac and PC). Knowledge of local building codes.
