Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Endoscopy / GI Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support in endoscopy and GI lab settings.
• Administer and monitor conscious sedation for procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely charting using Epic.
• Handle and label specimens with precision and accuracy.
• Prepare patients for procedures and manage post-procedure recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current RN license in California.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of endoscopy or GI lab nursing experience.
• Ability to manage IVs and assess, monitor, and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Experience with Epic charting system and conscious sedation recovery.
