Remodeler (Handyman / General Contracting Focus)


We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in residential maintenance, handyman services, home inspections, or general contracting. If you have paid experience, please apply.

What You'll Do:

• Perform scheduled handyman repairs, general contracting tasks, and preventive home maintenance services efficiently and to high quality standards.
• Troubleshoot common residential issues and safely perform minor repairs without direct supervision.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner while building trust as a skilled home repair professional.
• Conduct safety checks and identify code, safety, or maintenance-related issues during service delivery.
• Engage homeowners to explain repair findings, recommend solutions, and provide clear, ethical upsell opportunities.
• Confidently speak with homeowners about preventive maintenance, repair prioritization, and the value of bundled services while closing sales opportunities.

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience in residential maintenance, handyman services, general contracting, home inspections, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and general repair work.
• Ability to engage in consultative sales, explain repair needs clearly, and handle multiple service calls per day.

Compensation: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
