Local Contract - LTC Certified Nursing Assistant **Up to $1,300/wk** (CNA)

Certified Nursing Assistant Travel Assignment

Provide compassionate, hands-on care as a Certified Nursing Assistant on a travel assignment in Morgan, Minnesota. The role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, competitive pay up to $33 per hour, and a consistent 5x8 day/pm schedule. You will support nursing staff with daily patient care and maintain a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, direct patient care under nursing staff direction
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Help patients with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nurses or appropriate staff
• Obtain and record vital signs and other patient information as assigned
• Assist with meals, feeding, and hydration when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient-care standards
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and team members
• Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times
• Perform other CNA duties within certification scope and facility requirements

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification in good standing
• Ability to work 5x8-hour day/pm shifts
• Availability to work every other weekend
• Commitment to a 40-hour workweek
• Residence within approximately one hour of the facility
• Demonstrated strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and patient-care skills

Preferred Skills:

• Previous healthcare or long-term care experience
