Sales Enablement Specialist

Supporting the enablement needs of the Go-To-Market organization, the full-time remote Sales Enablement Specialist will manage enablement systems, conduct new hire onboarding, and provide insights through reporting to enhance sales team performance. Key Responsibilities Administer and troubleshoot enablement systems, ensuring they are organized and user-friendly Design and facilitate role-specific onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires Develop and maintain reporting on enablement program effectiveness and provide actionable insights to leadership Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related fields, preferably in SaaS Hands-on experience with an LMS or sales enablement platform, with Mindtickle being strongly preferred Experience in developing and facilitating onboarding programs for sales teams Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting reporting on enablement participation and effectiveness Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms like Gong and their application in coaching and insights
