Leader Bank, a rapidly growing community bank and mortgage lender, is seeking a key member for its branch leadership team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, driving sales and service goals, and overseeing branch operations and compliance. You will also support the Branch Manager in team development and foster community engagement.

What Youll Do
  • Lead and coach the branch team to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Oversee the branchs operational integrity, security, and compliance.
  • Engage clients to identify financial needs and deepen relationships through appropriate services.
  • Proactively conduct external business calls to originate and expand client relationships.
  • Support the career development of team members within the branch.
  • Ensure adherence to Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Participate in community engagement and strategic event sponsorships.
What Were Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college, business, banking, or professional training is a plus.
  • One to two years of experience in sales, retail banking, lending, customer service, and/or operations.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy.
  • Strong commitment to core values including teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in identifying financial needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Understanding of banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
Compensation

Compensation: $27 – $40 hour.
