Overview Lead with Expertise as a Water/Wastewater Engineer — Innovate, Mentor, Deliver Water/Wastewater Solutions Are you ready to make a significant impact with your advanced engineering skills in water and wastewater infrastructure? Responsibilities Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for water and wastewater projects Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of projects with other engineering disciplines and project management staff Monitor project progress and performance to ensure efficient production and minimize issues in vital water infrastructure Complete projects within budget and scheduling constraints, supporting sustainable and cost-effective solutions Provide guidance and technical review for junior engineering staff Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required Water/wastewater and/or municipal engineering experience preferred Professional Engineer (PE) license required Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.), as well as Microsoft Office Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred Why You'll Love It Here Lead challenging water and wastewater projects that push the boundaries of engineering and environmental stewardship Mentor and inspire junior engineers dedicated to protecting public health and delivering sustainable solutions Collaborate with talented professionals across disciplines in a flexible work environment Curious about the impactful work our Water team is doing?
