Strive Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Coordinator to join our growing team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will support the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance brand visibility and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and the public.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and coordination of public relations campaigns and events
Prepare press materials, presentations, and internal communications
Maintain relationships with media contacts, partners, and vendors
Support brand messaging initiatives and communication strategies
Coordinate promotional materials and ensure consistency across communications
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure project deadlines are met
Help organize meetings, events, and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business tools
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
