SUMMARY

The Enterprise Project Manager is an individual contributor responsible for managing complex, cross-functional programs and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives. This role collaborates with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and project managers to coordinate priorities, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure assigned programs are delivered successfully.

POSITION SCHEDULE AND ONSITE REQUIREMENTS

This is a direct-hire, full-time, on-site position located at our Franklin, TN (Berry Farms) location. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include the following, but other duties may be assigned as required.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise initiatives spanning finance, operations, systems integration, and process transformation
• Partner closely with FP&A, Operational Analytics, Systems Integration, Salesforce, and DevOps stakeholders to coordinate scope, timelines, and dependencies
• Translate strategic priorities into executable project plans with clear milestones, risks, and success metrics
• Drive disciplined project governance, including status reporting, issue escalation, and executive-level communications
• Facilitate monthly strategic planning and prioritization meetings in partnership with EPT leadership
• Manage cross-functional resources without direct authority, ensuring accountability and outcomes
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities throughout the project lifecycle

• On-time, on-budget delivery of strategic initiatives
• Clear visibility into project health, risks, and financial impact

• Improved cross-functional alignment and execution velocity
• Positive executive and stakeholder feedback

• CFO and Finance Leadership (including FP&A)
• COO and Operations Leadership
• IT, DevOps, and Technical Program Management
• Operations and functional leaders

WHAT YOU BRING

Required Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, finance, operations, consulting, and transformation
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives
• Strong understanding of finance, operations, and systems implementation environments
• Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Experience operating at the intersection of finance and operations
• Exposure to systems integration, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives
• PMP, Agile, or similar certification
