$2,500 Signing Bonus Schedule Full Time Location Gentle Dental 45th Street 4550 E Bell Rd, Bldg 8 Suite 178 Phoenix, AZ 85032, USA Benefits Pay is a combination of hourly rate and production bonuses with an expected total comp in the range of $50 - $55 per hour.
