Building and maintaining client relationships, the full-time California Licensed Executive Loan Officer will guide homebuyers through the mortgage process, leveraging their expertise in mortgage origination while working remotely in California. Key responsibilities Establish and nurture relationships with real estate professionals and clients to drive business growth and referrals Consult with clients to analyze financial situations and recommend suitable loan products Assist clients throughout the loan process, from application to closing, ensuring excellent service and support Required qualifications Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals Possession of Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses Strong time management and strategic thinking skills Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Minimum of 3 years of successful self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
