Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the best coverage to meet their needs. Sign on bonus for candidates that are already fully licensed. Will cover cost of licensing if not licensed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Assess clients insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits clearly to clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes
Process insurance applications and handle client documentation accurately
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with team members and support staff to optimize sales processes
Community marketing: events and lead generation

Qualifications:

Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
Valid insurance license: Property and Casualty, Life and Health
Strong interpersonal and communication skills by telephone and in-person
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
