Supporting and enhancing a large-scale Salesforce environment, the part-time Salesforce Administrator will manage platform performance, configure custom objects, and collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize processes and improve user experience. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions while managing user accounts and permissions Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making and troubleshoot user issues Required qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong technical understanding of the Salesforce platform Ability to configure and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules Experience in supporting Salesforce feature enhancements and platform improvements Familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration-related initiatives Strong documentation skills for system configurations, processes, and procedures
