What started as a small family-owned plumbing business has grown into a thriving, employee-owned enterprise with locations in Belgrade and Great Falls, MT. Today, we proudly employ a skilled and dedicated team across three trades throughout Central Montana, with a true commitment to safety and quality in everything we do!

The Role:

As a Plumbing Laborer you will work closely with an experienced team to learn the foundational elements of:

Drain waste & vent, water piping, hydronic heating & gas piping
Building plans & specifications to determine the layout for plumbing and related materials
Required tools and special equipment
Working alongside others in a safe environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks
Ability to periodically lift up to 80 lbs. or more
Understand the value of safety
Effective Communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
GED or High School Diploma
Compliance with Central's Drug & Alcohol Policy
