Maintenance Tech

Full-Time | Day Shift | On-Call as Needed

Covenant Place is seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support building maintenance, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, work orders, and general facility repairs. If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and keeping a community safe, functional, and comfortable, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)

• Respond to work orders in a timely, professional manner

• Complete preventative maintenance tasks

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff

• Assist with facility projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in general maintenance or a related trade

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-service focused

• Ability to be on-call as needed

Pay & Benefits:

• $17–$18/hour (based on experience)
