Overall Requirements:

Our Operations Department is looking for a Supply Coordinator who supports the supply sales business unit. By coordinating the receiving and processing of orders, inventory availability, and delivery schedules. This role serves as a liaison between Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics and customers to ensure time and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supply activities between all Renaissance facilities.
• Process and track equipment sales orders from receipt through delivery.
• Coordinate with sales and supply chain on lead times and order status.
• Monitor inventory and material availability for customer supply orders.
• Communicate order updates, delays, and delivery schedules to supply team.
• Coordinate receipts and inspection of goods.
• Coordinate refurbishment, packaging, labeling and shipments of all supply orders.
• Support reporting, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties:

• Receive and inspecting incoming orders.
• Clean, pack and label orders as required.
• Inventory excess supply orders.
• Review inventory to fulfill orders.
• Prepare and ship orders as required.

Education & Experience:

• 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing.

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
