Summary As After Sales Specialist based in Bridgewater, NJ, you will support the North America region by coordinating repairs, warranty and commercial returns and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. You will collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales Support to deliver high service levels and drive continuous improvement in aftersales processes. Responsibilities Coordinate repairs, warranty and commercial returns and ensure accurate execution Monitor aftersales open order portfolios and ensure related KPIs are met Manage aftersales claims through the CRM ticketing system Analyze warranty claims and recommend corrective actions Guarantee quality standards in line with Headquarter Quality Department Support internal and external customers with technical eyewear inquiries Implement and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels Requirements 3-5 years of after sales experience, preferably in optical eyewear Knowledge of optical eyewear products and small repairs, adjustments and parts replacement Understanding of customer service processes and order-to-cash flows Strong Excel skills; working knowledge of SAP (ERP, BO) is an advantage Fluent English, strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
