About This Role As a New Grad RN Resident in Oncology at Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital, you will deliver exceptional care throughout the patient care journey, interacting directly with patients and their families. This role is ideal for new graduates or RNs transitioning to acute care settings. Highlights Location: Stuart, FL Facility: Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital Schedule: Full-time, Night shift What You'll Do Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate action. Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when needed. Document in patients’ medical records. Requirements Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Experience: New graduate or less than one year of RN work experience required Less than one year of current acute direct patient care RN experience if moving from non-inpatient to acute care Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required Obtain a cancer-specific certification or demonstrate ongoing qualifying education as needed About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
