Meet with agents when needed to check on how things are going as well as stimulate growth when needed.
Manage a team of 8.
Evaluate risks and recommend risk improvements for your team.
Be the go-to person for complicated risks.
Manage workflows.
Perform audits on an ongoing basis.
Growing A-rated company that offers work-life balance and excellent benefits.
Hybrid once trained.
Very little turnover.
You are not a number but an asset to this group.
Bonus potential.
A minimum of four years in a leadership role.
Know all lines of coverage.
Strong technical P&C skills.
