The role ensures highest standards of clinical data integrity and quality are maintained to improve patient care. Responsibilities include reviewing submitted test orders for appropriateness and completeness, creating and managing patient test orders, updating current cases, attaching relevant documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate entry of test orders into the laboratory information management system (LIS). Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Ability to type with attention to detail and accuracy Data entry experience Strong computer literacy Attention to detail Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 5 days/week, exempt position, in‑office in Phoenix, AZ Work Authorization All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
