Receptionist/Office Assistant For a Local Steel Fabricator

Job Description
-Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
-Directs visitors to the appropriate personnel
-Scanning/Mange Project paperwork (Purchase orders, Bill of Ladings, Mill certificates, QA docs etc)
-Office supply ordering
-FedEx/UPS receiving and shipping packages
-Office Equipment/Supplies maintenance/Writing/Managing Purchase orders
-Assist with Job Drawing control
-Estimates Setup/ Downloading estimate invites/Managing Bid invites, drawing revisions and addendums
-Microsoft Office proficient
-Setting up annual holiday party
-Manage/setup for shop BBQs
-Setup/manage AWS/CWI Schooling for shop employees.
-Entering shop timecards into QuickBooks
-Take notes at monthly safety meeting/Office Safety liaison
-Managing special requests Shop/Office
-Ordering/Managing inventory of Overalls/Jackets/Shirts/Swag (seasonally)
