About the Role As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to provide occupational therapy services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and independence Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment Utilizing creativity and resourcefulness to adapt therapy to meet individual patient needs About Our Center Lake Manassas Health & Rehabilitation Center is a state-of-the-art facility designed to provide the highest level of rehabilitation care.
