Headquartered minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and with additional facilities in West Virginia, we sell, rent, service, and rebuild the most unique selection of custom and heavy-duty material handling equipment in the industry. Our technicians and in-house capabilities enable us to tackle jobs that no other shop can handle. We are seeking a front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and customers. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments, including sales, service, parts, accounting
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Provide administrative support to multiple departments as needed.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment orders.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
• Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
