divh2Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)/h2pWe are in search of a Delivery Driver (Non-CDL) to join our growing team./ppStarting Pay Rate - $23.83 per hour/ppResponsibilities Include:/pulliOperate and safely drive assigned delivery vehicle/liliPick-up loads and organize goods in an ordered/liliEnsure contents are properly secured inside of the truck to prevent breakage or damage/liliSafely and efficiently handle and unload goods at selected destinations/liliMaintain the predetermined route and ensure timely deliveries/liliCommunicate with dispatch as needed/liliConfirm contents of each shipment load matches the manifest document/liliPerform inspections of your vehicle prior to and following each trip/liliNotify managers of any major maintenance or delivery issues encountered/liliMaintain detailed driving and delivery logs/liliComply with ICC and DOT regulations/li/ulpThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:/pulliValid California Drivers License required/liliHigh school or GED equivalent required/liliExperience with Local Deliveries/Inside deliveries/liliExperience driving Straight truck (bobtail 24ft to 26ft) Manual transmission preferred/liliAble to use lift gate, operate pallet jacks. Use hand truck dollies./lili2+ years of delivery driver experience/liliDriving record must meet company safety standards/liliAbility to pass pre-placement drug testing/liliMust be able to maintain a DOT Medical Card, required for the role./liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time/liliAble to operate an electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc./liliProficient using GPS and other routing systems/liliHigh level of composure and good stress management/li/ulpCompensation Benefits:/ppThis is a union position with a starting pay rate of $23.83/hour in accordance with the CBA.
