- Collaborate effectively with production and maintenance team members to prioritize tasks and respond to changing operational needs.
- Observe, analyze, and interpret mechanical and electrical issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate communication in English, both verbally and in writing, to document work performed and coordinate with colleagues.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.
Essential Skills

- Ability to prioritize changing tasks and duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization.
- Some technical training or coursework in industrial equipment engineering, industrial maintenance, or industrial electronics/controls/automation from a technical school or equivalent trade experience is highly desired.
